Verified competitions

Proof beats promises.

Anyone can say they train. Belvl competitions are where you show it — with verified results, real stakes if you want them, and rules that hold for everyone.

The flow

Four steps from entry to payout.

1

Enter

Pick a competition that fits your profile. Stake into the prize pool, or take the free-entry route and compete for the ranking.

2

Train & log

Your plan keeps running as normal. Logged sessions and wearable data quietly become your evidence trail.

3

Verify

Results pass through verification layers. Anything inconsistent gets flagged and reviewed before it touches the leaderboard.

4

Settle

The dispute window closes, escrow releases, and the record is permanent. Your result is now proof.

Fair play

Rules that make winning mean something.

Every safeguard below is part of the competition rules you read and accept before entering — written to be understood, not skimmed.

Verification layers

Results are checked against logged sessions, wearable data, and review before they count. A leaderboard only means something if every row on it is real.

Escrowed prize pools

Stakes go into escrow the moment a competition starts and stay there until results settle. Nobody — including Belvl — touches the pool early.

A real dispute process

Contest a result and it goes through a defined review path with a decision you can read. No silent adjustments, no shadow rulings.

Anti-cheating with teeth

Cheating consequences are spelled out before you enter: stripped results, forfeited stakes, and removal from ranked play for repeat offenses.

Age & eligibility rules

Competitions with stakes carry age requirements and eligibility checks, stated up front in the competition rules you accept before entering.

Health & safety waiver

Every competitor acknowledges exercise risk disclosure and a personal responsibility statement — because honest competition starts with honest risk.

FAQ

Competition questions, answered.

Do I have to put money in to compete?

No. Every competition has a free-entry route — you compete for the ranking and the record, and skip the stake entirely.

How does Belvl know I actually did the work?

Your logged sessions and wearable data form the evidence trail. Verification layers cross-check them before results settle, and anything that doesn't hold up doesn't count.

What happens if I get injured mid-competition?

Your health comes first. The health and safety waiver covers withdrawal, and injury updates in your profile adjust your training immediately — competition or not.

Who holds the prize money?

An escrow. Funds are locked when the competition begins and released only when results are verified and the dispute window closes.
